Caring For Your Blooms

Fresh Water

Flowers love fresh water, so change the water in your vase every 24-48 hours and you’ll notice your flowers last a lot longer.

Clean Container

Run your vase or container through the dishwasher between each flower delivery to avoid bacteria build up (this decreases the shelf life of your blooms).

Cool Temperatures

Flowers last longer if they are kept in cooler temperatures. No need to place them in a cooler or refrigerator but it’s best to avoid placing your flowers right next to the heater.

Avoid Direct Sunlight

Direct light can have a dramatic effect on the shelf life of your blooms. Keep them out of the sun and avoid harsh bright lighting conditions.

Do I need to commit to a certain timeframe or sign a contract?

Nope! We’re here to spread the joy of flowers and make it easy for you to manage your floral subscription. When you place your first order, you’ll also be supplied with an account and login details so you can update your subscription payment details as often as you’d like.

Can I tell you what flowers to include?

You are welcome to get in touch and tell us your favourite flowers and colours however the beauty of this experience is that we’ll design together a stunning bouquet featuring the best flowers of the season. Our mission to is to bring the joy of flowers and introduce you to new varieties, interesting colours and beautiful textures to truly surprise and delight.

When will my flowers be delivered?

Your floral subscriptions will be delivered on the same day and or date of your first order, depending on the frequency of your subscription. Note, Public Holidays will have an impact on delivery dates.

What happens if no one is there to receive the flower delivery?

If you’re not available when we deliver your flowers, that’s not a problem. In the first instance we will try a neighbour, if that's not possible we will leave your flowers in a safe place and pop in a calling card with details.

Can I pause my delivery?

You cannot pause your delivery but you can cancel it and start it up when you are ready too. When you place your first order, you’ll receive your login details where you can update your subscription.

Do I have to arrange my flowers?

Nope! Each delivery is handcrafted by our trained Florist, all you need to do is unwrap them, cut the ends and pop them in your vase. Easy!

What flowers will be used?

Mother Nature is amazing and every week the supply of specific blooms varies from day to day, month to month. We will design your bouquet to feature this seasons best!
