BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
1.1 A non-refundable booking deposit, or full payment is required at the time of booking.
1.2 The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the course start date.
1.3 If the balance is not received by the deadline, your place may be released and your deposit forfeited.

1.5 Your place is not reserved until either full payment or a non-refundable booking deposit is recieved.

2 CANCELLATIONS BY YOU

2.1 If you wish to cancel your place on a course up to 6 weeks before the start date, you will be entitled to a full refund of the course fees, minus any card professing fees. The deposit remains non-refundable.

2.2 If you wish to cancel your place on a course within 6 weeks of the course start date you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.

2.3 It may be possible to transfer your course fees to seperate future course. All requests must be made up to 6 weeks before the course date. All transfers are made at our discretion and are subject to availability.

2.4 All cancellations or transfer requests must be emailed to info@florenflowers.com

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to process.

3 CANCELLATIONS BY US

3.1 Please note that courses have minimum attendance levels and may be cancelled if too few bookings are received.  We reserve the right to amend or cancel courses at any given time.

3.2 If we cancel a course, we shall endeavour to give you at least one week’s notice.  You will have the option of transferring to another course or having a full refund of the fees.

3.3 We will not be liable for any losses (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation costs) arising because of any modification or cancellation of courses or timetabling constraints as set out above, beyond the cost of the course fee. Suitable insurance is recommended.

​TRANSFERS, SUBSTITUTIONS, NON-ATTENDENCE & LEAVING EARLY
4.1 Non-attendance for any reason, including illness or personal commitments, does not entitle you to a refund, extra tuition or transfer. 
4.2 If you start but do not complete a course, no refund is due. Any alternative offered is at our discretion and may incur charges.

4.3 If you are unable to complete a class or classes due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund. We may however, at our own discretion consider a course transfer.

4.4 Please note that if alternative options are offered, there may be an additional charge.

COURSE CONTENT AND MATERIALS
5.1 Flowers and materials are included unless stated otherwise. Varieties may differ due to season and availability.
5.2 We aim to deliver the content described, but minor adjustments may be made to ensure the best experience on the day.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
6.1 You must follow all health and safety guidance given by our team. We may ask anyone acting in a way that risks safety or disrupts learning to leave; no refund will be due.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND SOCIAL MEDIA
7.1 We may take photographs or short video during courses for our website and Instagram @florenflowers. If you prefer not to be included, tell us in writing before the course.
7.2 You are welcome to take photographs at the flower school. Please credit Floren Flowers when sharing and do not present our space, styling or set-up as your own venue or brand.
7.3 Videoing our demonstrations is permitted for your personal learning only. Please do not post demo videos publicly, share them online, live stream, or use them for commercial purposes.
7.4 You are very welcome to share photos or videos of your own work made during the course. If posting video, please remove the original sound recorded in the classroom.
7.5 Commercial photography or filming (including brand shoots, paid partnerships or sponsored content) requires our prior written consent.

GIFT VOUCHERS
9.1 Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid until the expiry date shown.

9.2Bookings using a voucher are subject to availability and these Terms.
