3-Day Wedding Floristry Course

Taught by Charlotte, a seasoned florist with over 20 years of experience in wedding floristry.

Explore the art of wedding floristry in this immersive, hands-on 3-day course, designed for those who want to specialise in creating beautiful, considered floral designs for weddings. Drawing on nearly two decades of real-world experience and hundreds of weddings, Charlotte will guide you through both the creative and practical aspects of wedding floristry.

This course goes beyond how to make beautiful flowers. You’ll learn the full process of delivering wedding florals — from initial design and flower choices through to pricing, planning, styling, and setting up on the day.

Course Structure

Day 1: Wedding Floristry Foundations & Bridal Bouquets

Day one introduces the essentials of wedding floristry. You’ll explore which flowers work best for weddings, seasonal considerations, and the tools and techniques needed for professional results. The main focus of the day will be designing bridal bouquets, exploring a range of styles and learning how to create designs that suit different couples, themes, and seasons.
You will create a bridal bouquet and buttonhole.

Day 2: Ceremony & Reception Florals

Day two focuses on floral designs for the ceremony and reception. You’ll learn to create urn arrangements, aisle décor, and table centrepieces, balancing design with practical considerations such as scale, durability, and budget. We’ll also cover how to design a cohesive floral scheme across an entire wedding.

Day 3: Floral Styling & On-Site Set-Up

On the final day, everything comes together in a styled shoot. Working as a team, you will create and install a ceremony design on site, style a table setting, and see how individual designs work together as a complete wedding concept. You’ll leave with professional images for your portfolio and a deeper understanding of on-the-day set-up, styling, and client expectations.

A £450 booking deposit secures your place, with the remaining balance (£800) due six weeks prior to the course start date.
